Distance Contract
By placing an order in our online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. A distance contract is concluded between the Seller and the Customer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

Returned goods must be:

• unused;
• undamaged;
• returned in their original packaging;
• complete with all labels, accessories, and original contents.

The Customer must provide proof of purchase.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or does not correspond to the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund amount if the goods have been used, damaged, returned without their original packaging, or are incomplete.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the Customer’s individual specifications or personalized according to the Customer’s request, as provided by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.

By placing an order, the Customer agrees that the personal data provided will be used solely for order processing, delivery, and communication regarding the order.
